I believe that everyone deserves to function in a healthy family with good stability, accessing and understanding our self while enhancing our emotional bond as individuals, couples, and families. I employ therapy techniques to help negative interactions and promote positive change. I abide by the Code of Ethics as set forth by the Board of Counselors & Therapists in Oregon and the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapist.
Welcome! I am pleased to have the opportunity to introduce you to the therapy experience. People I work with come to therapy when faced with life issues. The first session we get to know each other, and I listen to your descriptions of struggles and work to understand your circumstanses.
The second session focuses on getting a good definition for the struggle(s). We also come together on a treatment plan that we together will work on to help in accomplishing the desired goals you hope to gain.
